Yerik Aubakirov - Founding Partner.
A graduate of Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim, and a former professional footballer. He managed entertainment centers and founded his advertising company in 2005. In 2018, he created and has since been the CEO of the investment and financial holding, EA Group Holding. Within the holding, he focuses on strategic management and ESG, developing an international presence in both the venture industry and traditional investments. He is a co-founder of the Semey football club and supports charitable initiatives such as "Menin armanym" and the Batyrkhan Shukenov Foundation.
Viktor Sinenko - Founding Partner.
Graduated from school in Semipalatinsk and pursued a professional football career, signing a contract with a football club at the age of 16. He gained business experience abroad, developing B2B services. In 2016, he moved to Almaty and played a role in founding EA Group Holding as a co-founder. As a co-founder of EA Group Holding, he is involved in strategic management and oversees the company's investments in financial services, including fintech, direct and venture investments, as well as capital management.
Adilbek Kamiyev - Investment Director.
A graduate of Nazarbayev University with experience in BIG-4. He started his investment career at JSC NAC "Kazatomprom," overseeing internal investments in subsidiary companies. Since 2021, he has been a part of the EA Group Holding team and, as of 2023, serves as the Head of Investment at EA Ventures. He is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and overseeing portfolio investments.
Gani Kassymov - Investment Associate.
A graduate of Nazarbayev University with a degree in Economics. He began his career at KPMG in the financial audit department and later served as the treasurer of the Industrial Development Fund. As an investment manager at the Qazastan Investment Corporation's Direct Investment Fund, he oversaw projects under government programs. Since 2022, he has joined the venture unit of EA Group Holding, responsible for evaluating and presenting projects to the company's investment committee. He brings experience in investment analysis, deal structuring, and asset management in both the public and private sectors.
